COVID-19 – Service Update

Given the latest advice from government in relation to coronavirus (COVID-19), we have taken the difficult decision to suspend our Home-Visiting and Parent Champion services and our groups. This has been a difficult decision, however we feel it is the best way to ensure families, volunteers and staff remain as well as possible and that we don’t create additional risk.

With immediate effect, we have transferred to remote support by telephone which will be managed by our staff team. We are not accepting referrals at this time.

Our office is now closed with staff working from home. We encourage contact with us through our website, by email or phone. For members of the team with work mobiles, their numbers can be found on the ‘Our Team’ page of our website.

We will update our website and social media as and when the situation changes and, should further action be required, we will communicate directly with families, our volunteers and partners. Thank you for your support.
